Our mental gaze
All we have is our gaze, our mental sight. We are looking at, something, always. We cannot stop doing it. We are just – that sight. It is all we have. What we look at? What we see?
Can negative feelings, as depression, grief, despair, anxiety be something positive?
Yes they can. We use to treat negative feelings as something unwanted, something we just want to get rid of.
Heave you heard “Do not give up” or “As long as you don’t give up, you are a winner.”? So what you must avoid at all cost, is – giving up. If you give up, you are no longer a winner, you are a loser. You lost.
Your emotions draws you into imaging yourself, into seeing yourself, into perceiving yourself. Quite unconsciously.
I think that maybe nothing is serious. Seriously. Even that statement above. But we must. We should. We ought to. Fuck it. Leave it. Forget it.
